With over 16 years of experience in the software and accounting industry, I decided to leave my little cubicle to fulfill my life-long dream of being a full-time professional photographer and entrepreneur. I’ve been a photographer since I was 8 but I didn’t find my love of portraiture until adulthood.
My goal with photography is to capture YOU! Your love. Your adventures. Your snuggles. Your chaos. Whether it’s your wedding or your family, whatever it is that makes you, you, I want THAT to come through in your photos. I’m always looking for ways to direct less and simply create an environment for you to be. I truly believe that this approach is what results in beautiful, timeless, authentic heirloom images.
For many years I shot exclusively with film and although I shoot with it less now, my style is still very film driven. All editing is done to emulate film. It’s timeless, not trendy. You’ll never look back and cringe at that year’s filter trend.
